Log into your Namie Home account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
